The City of Vaughan Recreational Sports Safety Taskforce and
the Helmets Save Lives program is a collaboration of community
members, businesses, medical experts, regional and municipal
public sector agencies and volunteer organizations. We believe
that safety is a right of all residents and that many injuries are
predictable and preventable.  We are committed to reducing the
number and extent of injuries and fatalities experienced by
residents engaged in recreational sports and activities. We
actively participate in injury prevention partnerships and
advocate for enhanced regulations / legislation for recreational
sports safety.

Vaughan Recreational Sports Safety Taskforce is based in the
City of Vaughan.
